Baywatcher: Many thanks for that report. CS was caught in the transition from shared media to high speed switching; hence the decline. The good news is that the market is growing and can accommodate CS. However CS must ensure it stays abreast/ahead of the level 3/4 Switch technology and Net Mgmt. Further its production cost , SG&A and Inventory levels all need to be fine tuned. There is plenty of room for cost cutting. I strongly believe they need 2 good Outsiders to re-engineer their Production and another to make their Sales force more productive. Lets see how the old team fare the next Q.
