I'd assume Jack still is an officer. I should think that if he weren't, someone would have to be named as administrator. Overstreet and Moore resigned from the board; I assume from what was said in the press release that they also resigned their executive positions. So Jack seems to be the only possibility. Jack has said that Tow "took the land back". So those 50m shares should be in the treasury. But who really knows? Tow's not talking... But why not give Helpful Jack a call? You never know...
