It looks like they are doing things conservatively trying to avoid a reoccurrence of last year. Remember when they had all the previous plans they were preparing everything based on launching from the US. When our beloved senator Kyle's bill passed everything collapsed like a house of cards and the stock price with it. VTEH is not affected now by any US laws as they made it clear that they will not allow US citizens to gamble on their web site.So even if Kyle's bill passes as a law it won't and shouldn't affect their operation.
(justice department already stated that they will not go after bettors, but this is a different topic)

So once we clarify few things such as :
A)Have they hired the people to train ?
B)When is the final finance stage?
C)When is the launch date and where ?

Once they launch under the E Casino trade then the risk will be minimal after all whoever heard of a casino who loses money.
An internet company who is generating revenues !!!

Everything I said above is in my opinion only and I always keep in mind that when I invest in a BB stock is like buying a lottery ticket with slightly better odds.
