excepting the financing question, ART (the company) looks ok to me. they're executing the highest-margin (DATA) aspects of WCII/TGNT's plan, they'll be on line in three good-sized cities in the next 90 days, and we'll just have to see what goes from there. i talked w/ ART IR and suggested that significant insider buying was in order. Hirsch, Maxwell, and Wynne all have considerable personal wealth from "past lives" and could (should) each ante up $1MM to buy 200,000 shares. possible white/grey knights?
