Yahoo says that block was 400,000! I'm jealous of whoever bought that much at that price.

My understanding was that there was two 200,000 prearranged block trades.

I assume that insiders sold to investors: biz.yahoo.com

Having the insiders sell in blocks is a lot better than outright.
