Oil slipped back to 13.32 after news, now back at high of 13.50......Also Saudi's export cuts to become effective end of Month....OSX has recovered most of it losses.......The threat of an Islamic retaliation(NB Saudi's support the Taliban extreamists in Afganistan) should keep prices above these levels in the coming weeks....

Steve....yes oil is up about 30 cents but it has been up all day. Spiked to 13.60 when the news hit but then settled back. Not sure what it really means. The Sept contract expires in, ummmmmmmm....17 minutes (1510 EDT)
