I said earlier that this type of news release WILL NOT
move the stock.

This stock will not move up until they report the
finacials. Most penny companies have never done finacials.
Nasdaq said earlier in the year that they will delist
all the otc/bb stocks that don't begin calculating and
stating earnings. AXGI is in the process of complying
with this regulation so they can remain on the pink sheets.

When earnings are released, it will be interesting. It may
take a bit to decipher it all cause we will get the
finacials for many quarters all at once.

Things bystanding and potential investors are looking for:
1. Growth as represented by % sales and % revenues from
previous quarters. I pay more attention to gross revenues from quarter to quarter.
2. Cost containment and charges (took a big loss in the software company)
3. Debt - we still don't know how much long/short term debt they
have. Expect a lot.
4. If they try to hide stuff from us and don't give full disclosure that would be dumb and could be cause for a class action law suite.
I hope they give full disclosure in their reportings.
5. After all is said and done, they will calculate and Earnings/share
for each quarter. If the Earnings/share is low and the revenues
are growing by more than 20% a year, we will be happy campers.
6. CASH - do they have any? Or are they going into more debt
for future acquisitioins? Or dilute the shares to raise cash (I hope not) - that would really destroy the stock.

I hope they don't take too long to anounce
their financials. I would also like them to announce each quarter
as they complete them going back through 97, instead of giving it to us all at once. Do they not want us
to know this yet? Do they have something to hide?
These would be good quesitons to ask Gene.

To all who are upset that the company isn't doing anything
about the share price - they can't do anything - until they
release financials. Everyone is waiting on the sidelines until
then, regardless of distribution announcments.

Just my opinion,
S.W.
