No matter who has controlling interest in a company, I really do think it must be officially administered by someone. Wouldn't the company lawyers have seen to this? If there ARE any company lawyers. We know Jack has his own... But the lawsuit was brought on behalf of MTEI, not Jack personally, so I'd assume... Okay, okay, logical assumptions don't always work with the MTEI Story. But wasn't it Jack himself who told Steve (I think) that Tow had "taken back the land"? If so, he would have returned the shares. Saturday, this was Jack's version of events. Is he just one of these people who says whatever seems convenient at the moment? I begin to think so...
