Mark, regarding the large seller the last couple of days, no question about it. He/she has been selling consistently through Merrill, and it has been very easy to buy on the bid from Merrill the whole time.

Note that the last time Vern F. filed to sell, he did it through Merrill. The Merrill trader assures me that the sale has not come through the 144 desk, but you never know.

It is encouraging to note that at least Merrill finally is not the low offer, the first time in the past two days. Hopefully that means the seller is done, although he may just be pulling back for a little while.

Mark,

Thanks for your thoughts. I'm glad you reminded me of Tom Wynne, whom I worked with at MCI and who worked with lots of folks I know to build LCI. Knowing his background and integrity, he had a good, sound reason for joining the board of ARTT. I trust that somehow we shareholders will get bailed out, though at my cost of $12, it's looking pretty bleak!

Hanging in,

Barbara
