Good analogy Brad. I think FAMH has a very bright future, therefore I'm holding. In fact, I'll be buying by Monday. I had to transfer some $$ from a Schwab account to Ameritrade, and it took longer than I thought. Like you, I don't know for a fact that Arif issued himself additional shares, but it looks like he did. In doing so he diluted our investment by about 75%. I don't like guessing, and I don't like making statements about someone [Arif] that I can't back up by facts. It is impossible, however, to get any facts. Try calling FAMH and asking Randy or someone else about the increase in outstanding shares. You'll never get an answer. I want to know: 1. Why did the number of shares increase from approximately 20 million to 70 million. 2. How many shares does Arif personally own? 3. In his faxed message to me and other shareholders Arif said that shares were issued to "management." I want to know what management, who, for what. 4. We were told by Arif and Ira that no shares would be issued for Myriad. Now lately we've been told that shares were issued for Myriad. Even after the Myriad deal was completed we were still told "no shares issued for the purchase, we have the cash" We find out different now. WHY? Why Arif do you feel you must lie to your shareholders? I'll remind everyone again. When Ira was president of FAMH, he made a statement that really pissed me off. During a CC with Anna Love Ira stated, and I quote: "these conference calls are done as a courtesy to our shareholders, Arif and I own the majority of shares in this company. We don't have to ask for permission from anyone to make decisions about Firamada." Do you guys remember that? Of course the stock was trading at around .60 at the time and nobody questioned "DA Man" about that comment. I got highly upset that he would take that tone with US. Tomorrows another day. It will take some time to get our investment back, but I think we will eventually. Arif however, must go. This last lie was the straw that broke my camel's back. Arif you gotta go boy!!!!!!!!! May I suggest a nice retirement village in Sudan? Nice climate year round I hear. In addition, property values are low right now. All joking aside, something has got to be done by the shareholders to increase the value of this stock. Arif is apparently running this company like it's his private property. No consideration is being given to shareholders, and I for one am tired of this crap. We don't have to stand for it, and we should not. Regards All, Lonnie
