bipin,

intc and txn are true leaders in their respective areas as is mu. however, IMHO intc and txn products are proprietary and have very solid margins. dram is a commodity and its pricing goes in the toilet as soon as there is too much inventory in the channel. you control your own destiny a lot better in a case like intc/txn. having said that i believe intc is a bloated pig and is on its way back to 60's low 70's. their revenues are shrinking and were they not so big and in everyones mutual fund, they would be priced in the 40/50 range already.

as far as US WEST, why couldnt you connect? thats a bummer. i really miss the action when im not monitoring things.
