Aappam and Idiaappam with sweet coconut milk have always been my favorite food. My aunt was an expert in making them. BTW: I enjoyed your humorous back and forth with Ibexx, Chuzz the pussycat. Actually Ibexx is a nice, but blunt, no-nonsense person. Not ever body agrees with Ibexx investment philosophy.
