Ernie, you have pasted my statement out of context. The way it was posted is as follows:

Clearly we do not know who owns the Greek shipping, nor who is selling what exactly to whom. I guess you didn't understand the association with the shell game. Under which shell is the pea? Answer=none.

We have no clear evidence of the Greek shipping ownership available on these boards, in current SEC filings or otherwise. Once again, that is one of the reasons for the halt. Hopefully SEC will sort out soon.

Right on Ernie...

"No one owns the shipping company. It is a privately owned company looking for a vehicle to take it's corporation public. It is not owned by CNHH, MIDL, MSFT, AT&T or any other publicly held company."

It should be as simple as that? There is an awful lot of "fall out" coming down, but I'm not convinced any of it really means anything in relation to MIDL acquiring this shipping company. It would be nice if we as investors could keep this focus. All of us have our suspicions. It's amazing how easy it is for some people to turn those into accusations.

Sure would be nice to see a press release from MIDL or the Greeks.
