It can be done.

I know people who used to do it.

alcohol, and lycergic acid are needed. lycergic is the hard thing to make. You need ammonia and tartaric acid too to make it. But that synthesis degrades in 24 hours unless cooled and in 72 hours at RTP it is dead.

the real tricky one is to get hcl to put the ingredients together as the final step..

If one is really interested in going back to la-la land simply join the democratic party and move to LA.

Is Arena DEAD? I know is has HTML X and many features (cascading style sheets like SGML but has anybody been able to get this browser compiled? .. I wonder what Richter and Yggdrasil are up to? There mailing list is definitely down for the summer.. Originally a good distribution and a good contributor but they seem to have stalled of late...

I did try a version of Arena that would load the home page but nothing else... maybe my X needed upgrading.. or down grading..

amusing..

From comments from a colleague :
"Comparing Internet surfing under Netscape/XWindows vs MS Windows -> MS is definitely slower, but X is missing features and adding them is a pain-in-the-ass."

Does buying a package from one of the distributors makes it easier installation of the windows manager and the desktop environment?
