Actually some of the over the counter drugs you get in the US are not available so easily in other countries.. And that includes actifed, their argument is that, by taking it without proper instruction and knowledge you reduce its effects and cause mutations which are resistant to the drugs later on. Seems to be a better and safer way to deal with drugs.
