Richard, $1,640 revenue figure for Q4, one reservation . . .

CFO Anderson did state that this quarter might only have "modest" revenue growth of 5-10% sequentially. That would put an upper limit at $1,540. I'm not sure how seriously we should take that statement, given that it was back at the last conference call when figures about iMac demand/production were certainly not set in stone.

10% revenue growth puts the figure more in line with your estimate of $.50 EPS.

The 10-Q also states that year-on-year revenue growth is not expected before Q1. Because Q4 97 was $1614, this statement also flies in the face of the $1,640 figure.

Much of this ultimately depends on the legitimacy of the 400,000 figure for iMacs. . .
