brad,

It is obvious we disagree. I have contacted experts at mintek, MDM,Chemex and have talked many times to Brian Russell and to jeff christian at CPM among other mining experts. Based on these conversations i have concluded that naxos should do all it can to pursue Franklin Lake but must also have a back-up plan. The experts i spoke to have confidence in john norton, jeremy Ison and it is clear that they can bring a mine to production. You can think whatever you want but i have done extensive research and made my conclusions based on that research and i stand by my conclusions!

Mr. M, You are sounding a little on the "raving" side.

"we have already agreed that this management team could not bring a
property to production".

Well, that is exactly what Mr. Norton has been doing for 15 years now so that is not an accurate conclusion.

"We also are told we can't attract anyone who can."

We already attracted Mr. Norton AND the services of Mr. Russel

"I have placed my bet on 7 black (FL). Nobody even remotely associated with this company has made me feel they are qualified to move it to another bet."

Your opinion which you are entitled to free and clear.

"If someone associated with the company is wanting to look elsewhere, and use scarce resources to do it, then the insiders know something ahead of me again."

I think that is the nature of insiders, no?

Let's give them a chance to tell us next steps and THEN draw a conclusion.
