Jesse- Why do you think the majority of QDEK holders will vote for the reverse split?

Knowing that the reverse will continue to cream their stock- why vote for it? The delisting angle much then be the less desirable alternative. I'll bet QDEK's creditors have something to say about this. Heck, QDEK's creditors won't even let 'em buy back their own stock. I guess the creditors do not see much value in worthless paper.
