Individual Investor...

Diver, check out latest issue of IndInv. It discusses Broadvision business model and products in some detail. I beleive your assessment that Broad and DRIV are in essentially the same Internet niche is correct. The article gives this business segment a name, the "e-commerce server" market. Some figures are bandied about, suggesting that the "e-commerce server" market will grow ten-fold from now until 2002. This was based on some research insititute finding.

Spoke to DRIV IR....

Spoke with Mr. Langenfeld yesterday. He is IR guy for both TSQD and DRIV. I asked him about silent period details, IR guy told me DRIV's legal position on this. DRIV feels SEC guidelines allow them to issue press releases during this period. However, because of ambiguity in SEC langauge, DRIV will eliminate any forward looking statements in releases during the 30 day period after IPO. Basically, straight news, no editorial comments by Ronning or anybody else. The guidelines about buy recommendations are absolutely clear: No brokerage recommendations until 30 days have elapsed.

Folks, we are all getting itchy and nervous watching DRIV and TSQD tick down day by day, 1/16th by 1/16th. But I know I am going to wait until Sept. 12. If DRIV stays at these levels, BT Brown and BancRS will come out with strong buys. And I would expect some good news is being saved up, news laced with commentary by Ronning.
