Those 115 Calls are worth over $7.00 today. Before you become an options speculator I would read "Options as a Strategic Investment" by MacMillian.

jhg, if you bought the calls at $1.375 per share, and sold them at $6.25 per share, you'd make $4.875 on a $1.375 investment. In practical terms, if you bought options on 1,000 shares (10 contracts) for $1,375.00 and sold them a day later for $6,250.00, you'd have made $4,875.00 on a $1,375.00 investment in one day!

All options expire on the third Friday of the month for the month for which they're written. So the August calls expire this Friday.
