I suspect it's an Ask that has been there for some time. I also suspect that it's kept there in case anyone gets "silly" (not to be mistaken with Sili) and buys at "market".

On further thoughts....it's "options" day tomorrow. Maybe someone has been purchasing "puts" at $29.00 and would have to purchase unless.....

Anyway, good movement. If it is because of options, it may not hold.
