PREFSTOCK, Can U lend me some money so that I can pick some more shares at these levels ? Just Kidding... Now the story is AETI lawyers are going to court tomorrow afternoon. And the master (Judge) is going to tell his verdict. It could be: (a) DISMISSAL of lawsuit (b) Give additional time to Secured Comm. (c) Declare Secured Comm. as winner of the case (d) None of the above. Pick the best answer. If it is (c) or (d), It means that all along AETI & CFG have been telling lies to me. What do you all think ?

Good News for all AETI Investors : I just heard from CFG & AETI that the Judge asked Secured comms. today to post $25,000 in which case he will give 30 more days for Secured comms. to provide enough evidence to make a case against AETI. So far, Secured comms. has FAILED to provide any evidence to make a case against AETI. We may hear an OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE anytime now regarding this. Although being shareholders of AETI, We would have liked to see this case DISMISSED today, It is highly unlikely if Secured comms. will be able to make $25,000 payment to extend it 30 more days. If they don't make the payment, they will have to DROP the case. If they do make the payment and want to extend it 30 more days, We all know that it is just a delaying tactic by secured cooms. Either case, It is a good news IMO and let us WAIT & SEE for the Official news release.
