It makes sense; but what the hell's with Jack? Didn't he tell Steve that the land had been 'returned'? Difficult to see what the mechanism for this would have been.

So if Tow still has his stock, then he's still majority shareholder. But he was never an officer, and the only board members were Jack, Winston, and Quentin. So, um, who's running what's left of the company....?
