The Annual Meeting of the Arbor Stockholders was adjourned until 4 p.m. PDT on Aug. 21, 1998, due to the large number of broker non-votes and to allow the solicitation of additional proxies.

It isn't clear to me what that means. How are they going to get more proxies between yesterday and today? What is a broker non-vote? Is that where the stock is in my brokers name, so the broker sent me the proxy but I never sent it in? (well, not me, I did send mine in!) If so, I wouldn't think that would represent any significant number of votes, so maybe this is all just standard protocol.

I do know I am surprised to see the stock back under $30. I'm not buying more until I hear HYSL is official, but then I will probably be back in buying.
