Dear John DOE,Alias WEXLIAR, I was just on my way out, couldn't resist.
Things must be getting you worried a little. Let me help you and your mindless shorts out a little. You see,I quite enjoy dealing with the shorts because their are a few who are very professional in person and cordial in their posts. They have even tried to help YOU but because your so stupid and arrogant you didn't get it!! I do feel sorry for all those newbies you've misled but hey it's only money!!
Because, you don't get the Y2K problem and it's tremendous impact,I know you consider it a hoax or a scam, whatever, your DD is flawed in a big way. With the SEC mandating as of Aug.05, that all companies must/must indicate their Y2k liability/status because it is a material fact which will effect the stock prices of these companies.I guess you should tell the SEC,that Y2K is a hoax and all those reporting companies!! LOL
Now, logic dictates that the street discounted Y2K,figuring that all this nonsense would be out of the way by 1999. They were wrong, only 25%of Y2K funds has been expensed that means 75% of 100 billion dollars has to be expensed in the next 1-3 years.
This money has to be spent to fix the Y2K problem in every sector in every country throughout the world. These companies have to spend this money just to stay in business, not for competitive advantage, amazing isn't it.
Tava is a company, signing multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 Companies. These companies have put their faith in Tava, so they can stay in business. As more and more companies come to Tava for help and with their international reputation growing along with their core business, this is not the time to get in the way and get slaughtered trying to short this puppy.Don't get me wrong Tava will become a good short candidate in 2003-4 but certainly not now and if you read other posts from other professional shorts, other than those from your tribe you'll see what I mean! They tried to warn you tooo!!
Anyway,Bill Boy,do what you gotta do but don't say I didn't warn you.If anything make this post a must read for your newbies,so they won't get hurt. Gotta run, off to dinner in my new car, which I haven't figured out just quite how to operate, which I got thanks to Tava.Which,I had to wait a long time to get!!!

Bon Soir,Mon Ami
Dave

P.S. I could go on about winners and losers in the Y2K sweepstakes but I would be wasting all my energy,on you....please excuse any typos or mispelling!
