I'm not playing games. I own a position in IDCN. I was just trying to pick MakeAFuss's mind and try to get him to clarify his position. He raised some interesting points.

As far as buying 51% of the float. That wouldn't give CMI 51% of the outstanding shares because most of the outstanding shares are owned by the company and its principles. To have a voting majority CMI needs more than 50% of the outstanding shares.
