We are less than a week to discover (in part) the Lutz effect. No pre warning so could we deduct that the numbers are going to be good, Hopefully good enough for big investors, we are due for a rally.

Jim,

If old news, it's very interesting old news indeed. Over a $1B of new orders and counting(Canadian $, but it still adds up to some nice change).

Yet the stock is about $3US above its 52 week low and about $30US below its 52 week high. To me, it wouldn't seem that this old news is factored into the stock price. ...and, IMO, that's the best time to buy. long before the analysts raise it to strong Buy and long before the Yahoos realize what an opportunity there was.

For analysts that seem to be worshipped by the street, take a look at Kurlak, the Semiconductor axe. Yesterday, after reading the newspaper and seeing that LSI, ADI, NSC, etc. gave warnings and negative outlooks, good old BiPolar Tom cut his ratings on the sector. Pity the investors who waited for his investment advice.

I'll let you know when I sell. It may be after MacLellan puts out his strong buy rating. :-)

Ian.
