I forgot to mention that Canacord is also involved here as well. So that brings it to Merit, Canacord, National, and Union. Do they really want to do this knowing that they are about to LOSE and lose big. Their ACT reporting will be yanked from under them, huge fines and they will have S.E.C charges as well.

I believe it is absolutely arrogance that dictates what the shorts are doing now. To continue to short with a DTC freeze on AZNT stock and to threaten us when the 800K share float is safely locked away in friendly hands is absolute hubris! A 5% dividend will be offered to get shares into name and a new cusip number will be assigned. All 800K shares , in friendly hands, will be out of the market. For the shorts to cover, they will have to offer a minimum of $10 a share to cover. I believe we should hold out for Mr. Sylver's wholesale price of $25 a share myself! Good Day RB
