Andrew, misunderstandings can occur when money/egos are at stake and when markets are volatile. Whether you have been right or wrong on stocks, your integrity has never been at issue. Just as people may have traded CMGI and TBR based on my posts and took profits or their lumps accordingly, people on this thread are traders and do not blame anyone for their screwups.

Having said this, put this arbitrage strategy in your bag of tricks for the future. Would have worked nicely for NT/BAY and TLAB/CIEN, etc.

Andrew, I would appreciate any comments you have on DGIV. However brief they may be. I realize that in all likelihood you have not done any research on it, and that you're comments may reflect such ignorance. Never-the-less, they would be unbiased, and of great interest to me.

I've read your posts... you are clearly an honorable man.

Andrew-

I have read your post and accept your description of the events as reasonable.

When I heard that my allies were working counter to our best intentions to help everybody out of a difficult situation it brings out very strong emotions. Please accept my humble apology for not addressing this issue privately and questioning your credibility on this thread.

As Jeff Mitchell says: "Losing money sucks but losing a lot of money sucks more!" I have always tried to maintain the the highest standards and hopefully you will accept my apology and invite my participation back to this thread.

With respect,

Tech Master

P.S. FWIW- I was a buyer in the cause and continue to add to my position. I expect a "value buying spree" later today in the broader market and next week as well....
