Mr. Volquardsen, I just spent some time doing routine maintenance on an ATV roving the playa helping to make sure the paperwork on all the "lots" we have staked out was properly displayed. Believe me, before anything else, it's real hot estate out there. Meanwhile we toil tediously to prove something much more precious, as you suggest we all gamble, is there. Until that is demonstrated, to your own strict criteria, Franklin Lake will remain merely "real estate" with wooden stakes drove in and paper addresses stuffed in taped-on plastic boxes. And that's the way it is. Jerard P
