I am also an unlucky shareholder. I guess Ron Gelet is depressing the stock price on purpose by diluting the stock with new issues in lieu of payment to cuppliers. As they are rushing to cash their shares in the stock price drops. My conspiracy theory is that this is deliberate to shake off all small shareholders. Who knows, Gelet might thus buy the stock cheap. Another possibility is a takeover as the stock is cheap. the next SEC report will show new share issues. We need to keep watching them. Does anybody know if their stores are still popular? Is the product still good?
