Ten to one is quite a landslide vote to keep rates unchanged. I wonder what the vote was in August. More layoffs in the semiconductor companies, etc.; worse outlook for emerging markets, SE Asia, and Japan; but great growth in housing and "consumery" things.

I guess we'll have to wait a month to know if it was another landslide vote to keep rates the same.
