Phil, I missed Jobs saying they would likely have revenue growth this qtr. When did he state that? I picked $0.50 for this qtr based purely on Fred Andersons original comments in an effort to provide the bottom of possible earnings estimates. Andrew came up with .67. I suspect Apple could sell 400,000 if they can make them. I have real doubts they can make them. I also want to reiterate Travis' comments. There may be a real PB supply shortage that is not demand driven but rather manufacturing driven. I originally thought the G3 was having trouble too . Travis seems to second that but I don't have any real info on that. The reason I asked Eric about that one max revenue qtr was to get a feel for Apple's manufacturing capability. Eric comes up with 1.3 million units yet were having trouble already. Rich

Can Apple sell 200,000 in US and 200,000 in foreign countries? The answer is obviously positive.

So we have a company that couldn't manufacure enough G3s when they started selling them, and neither cold manufacture enough PBs when they releseased them last quarter, yet it is "obvious" they can sell 400,000 iMacs? Ha!

They might (just might) be able to manufacture enough iMacs to sell 400,000. If they do that they would have pull a major coup far from obvious.
