Thean and others, for educations sake could you help me with a few technicals? I understand that basically if RSI is around 70-80 we are looking at an overbought condition and if around 20-30 we are into the oversold range. Is there a distinction one must make concerning the actual price trend of the stock when considering these measurements? It seems to me that downtrends surfing lower BB will continue despite an oversold condition.

I am also noticing when looking at the stochastics measurements a cross over of the K line with D (if the D is in a lower range say 30 or less) people consider this bullish. What of the times when the line crosses upwards when dealing with higher D measurements?

Frankly, I am finding support/resistance lines and BB bands more helpful in selecting stocks. I did so with both CCI puts (about $143 support) and the MU short (about $33 support) today. So far, so good.

BTW LT, Hillary ought to bail Bill after the next election unless this is a business rather than a personal relationship. Now back to stocks.
