lets talk about todays release first ok
tcbg values libby's at about 50 mil.
very important to remember this is like a snap shot of a moving train,
not just where juicy juice is important to look at where they have been and where they are going
important to do the same with kraft
start with these numbers
kraft 97 market share 36% 98 50%
juicy juice 97 share of 100% juice 36%
98 share 28% " "
kraft is winning, nestles is losing because of pouch, tcbg is the answer

As I understand it, there are no deals with Nestle right now, but Nestle has taken an interest in TCBG's offer. There appears to be significant logic behind a Nestle/TCBG connection, based on recent market performance trends of Juicy-Juice.

I personally believe the news article was premature, but then I only have a portion of the information which TCBG IR is publicly talking about, and none of the inside info. There may be strategic value to the timing of this news which I'm unaware of. Time will tell.

In my research, TCBG has handled the test of time well. I can't think of any reason to believe today was an exception.

Also, I have found no indication that TCBG is leaking information out. TCBG IR does discuss several topics which have not yet made the news, but this info is publicly available to all persons who ask. Some of these topics have been discussed here on SI, others seem to have been re-interpreted prior to posting. It happens.

I appreciate the concerns and cautions that Saltheart and other less-speculative styled investors have voiced here recently. I, too, worry about scam stocks. I'm especially impressed that you folks are finding reasons to make personal exceptions and buy this stock before financials are published. I don't know if TCBG is the right thing for you, but your action makes me feel that my decision to invest has additional merit.

The next three months will be the most interesting. My opinion. I'm particularly looking forward to signs that production is ramping up fast. Sorta like looking for signs of spring. I hope TCBG posts early info on consumer acceptance trends.

Long,
Shoe.
