Apple, If you weren't prepared to hold the stock for awhile, you probably should have used a stop loss. I'm planning on holding for at least a few years and my average price is looking pretty reasonable these days, so no complaints here.

Thanks for reminding me of the "stuff" happening in Asia/Russia. I almost forgot about the problems over there. ;-)

Congratulations on your SFSK! I'm happy you are doing well in that stock.

Do you think MSFT and INTC are good shorts and will approach VectorVest "value" levels? That's 30 or 40 points of downside. I'd like to hear a good argument for shorting them here, not being one to turn down such large point moves.

PALO ALTO, Calif., (Dow Jones)--Piper Jaffray Inc. analyst Ashok Kumar plans to raise his rating on Intel Corp. (INTC) on Friday to strong buy from buy.

Kumar said he sees the chip maker posting a strong third quarter and expects to increase his earnings estimate to 80 cents a share from 78 cents a share.

Kumar also plans to raise his 12-month target on the stock to 105 from 95.

Apple, now would be a good time to sell SFSK.

Else, you will be whining even worse on that board when reality
sets in and the valuation drops to $15. For historical analogy
to your inevitable "won't happen here" response, read the early
stages of the CYMER thread.

Now I can refer to this post as sage advice on the day SFSK breaks
20. Or if it breaks 100 we can forget all about it.
