Thanks for your personal message. First let me say that my comment about aliases wasn't directed at you personally. My message had your name on it only because yours was the last message on the thread. You know how that works at SI. I just noticed on your board that nobody had a real name which is very unlike most of the other boards on SI. Nice to see that at least one person knows something about the industry and the sham that APAC is. Is Charlene still running AMPC? Just for your own edification regarding law suits with franchisees. It's something that Richard likes to talk about when filing reports but it's just another example of smoke and mirrors. The last group that you talk about isn't 14 - 16, maybe more like 8 - 10. If he's still claiming a higher number they are companies that are long out of business, trust me on that. The last group of mutineers are from New England and New York most being from Connecticut where I'm from. I know most of the people personally and I was included in that number. Everybody counter sued Richard for breach of contract and the issued died with no settlements from either side. Most of the franchisees had already had a defacto divorce from PKGP, changed the names of their businesses and went about their lives. It was in 1995 when I changed. It think he sued everyone sometime in 1996. I sold the business last year. I'm sure Richard is probably still carrying it on the books as some huge debt he says he's going to collect. I guarantee you it's not going to happen. If you're close to this area I could give you the names of some folks to talk to if you'd like to verify that. I won't be posting on your board again as I really do not have an adgenda. Just wanted to share my experience with anyone who cared. I really just hate seeing Richard up to his same old tricks. Many of the people who invest in penny stocks are neophytes who are no match for his talents. It's tough enough in the penny stock world, people don't need to be involved with some one who is less than sincere. Best of luck to you. RC
