Papya; RE:" NEM "

I see a short-term flight of kapital to GOX.X, Papya.

But be careful with this one - the state treasuries in Asia, Latin America and especially Russia are likely to dump gold reserves big-time.

There is a divergence now between the Yen/USD - JY98U and the US 30-year Long Bond - TYX.X due to artificial intervention; And something's gotta give here: either our bondz or their Yen. My chart says the bondz go to ~5.45% next. Some of us have already begun to short the Yen/USD, and the EWJ, EWH WEBS, as we believe this intervention cannot be sustained while our bondz are going up.

We think that the (Asian) governments, who have recently intervened in their stock markets to squeeze out shorts, and the Japanese, who appear to be attempting to bolster the Yen/USD artificially to create a "cushion" for impending Bank Failures - will be thwarted by their own populace - the Japanese working class is rapidly withdrawing their funds from domestic accounts and depositing them overseas in USD, DEM, SFr and yes, gold.

Good luck, Papya !
