Frequently Asked Investor Questions Is there a way to purchase DCI Telecommunications stock directly from the company? Currently, DCI Telecommunications does not have a system in place for purchasing shares of DCI common stock directly from the company. Interested investors may purchase shares through any stockbroker. Does DCI Telecommunications have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan? We do not have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). Any dividends are paid directly to shareholders via cash disbursements. As the company continues to grow, we will be exploring this option at a later date. A recent press release states that "you are in discussions with four publicly traded companies regarding possible affiliations for the purpose of exploring strategic alternatives to enhance DCI shareholder value." Under the hypothetical assumption they are all interested buyers, does this mean that various segments of the Company could be sold to more than one company? Under the hypothetical assumption made, the answer is yes. Hypothetically speaking, if DCI were to be sold in whole or in parts, would it be based on DCI's present undervalued share price? Hypothetically speaking, no. As publicly stated, pricing would be a multiple of revenue. Hence, the current stock price would have very little (if any) bearing on the sale price. How many contracts does CyberFax have? CyberFax presently has seven Commercial Service Agreements and ten Memorandum of Understanding's in place. CyberFax is building their network based on the underlying ubiquitous Internet, and provides the elements necessary for our partners to offer an international fax service, the fax/IP hardware units and the CyberFax software. CyberFax is developing partnerships in the top 15-20 worldwide telecom traffic markets as its initial deployment for 1998. The partnerships being developed are based on a formula of potential traffic volumes and strategic value. The partners will be responsible for all aspects related to the end user. Potential partners include: Current Internet service providers Telecommunications service providers Corporate network providers CyberFax will leverage its global network and fax service distribution channels by adding new services. This would include voice over the Internet technologies which can seamlessly fit onto the CyberFax network and be toll-quality to the end-user. At the annual meeting shareholders asked: Who owns Whyteburg Limitied and 1231912 Ontario Inc? To the best of our knowledge, the former is owned by John Daly and the latter by Charles Zwebner. Although, they may not be the sole owners of each company. Has Whyteburg Limited and 1231912 Ontario Inc. exercised all of their options as listed in an 8K? The former has not, the latter has exercised all of its options. When does DCI think the DCI/TIMEWorldCom Europe joint venture will be completed? By the end of August 1998. Is the company still going to apply for listing on the AMEX? Yes.
