FredE.. I'll admit that a few years ago I programmed a computer to play recorded sound bytes through some floor standing speakers via a sizeable amp triggered by how the stock's price was trading on a live satellite feed. It allowed me to focus on other things until something happened that needed my attention.

If over a certain %age it yelled.. "we're doing great"
If under a certain %age it yelled.. "we're starting to take losses"
If under a lot it demanded my attention with.. "we're getting screwed"

Once, it demanded my attention when a client was in the same room. I just shrugged my shoulders... the client thought it had to do with the deal we were cutting.
