They might show a small profit. I'd be absolutely shocked in 1997 figures showed anything close to .05 based on 20 million shares. As I said thousands of posts ago, I don't see how they could have gone from big losses to huge profits in one year.

I'm not sure how they could have made a good profit in 1997. After all, their revenues/cost of sales margin stunk in '96, and the costs of opening new offices, Trump Tower rent, and especially stock promotion in 1997 must have been considerable.

Something nobody's mentioned, and I don't know much about: the company went public in May of 1997. Would they have necessarily started with (about) the 20 million shares they had in 1996? Or could it have been more?

I called the PR guy (Rob) at one point and the only answer he could give me was the end of 1996 count. We might know the count now, but who can be sure what FAMH started with in May?

Suppose Arif kept the 20 million and issued 10 million more for the open market. Would that shock anyone?

This should be interesting...

Kevin.....Why do you think 97 numbers will be worse than -.06? Why so optimistic? Can you give us a plausible explanation? Do you think the share count will be greater than we were led to believe? Do you think Ira exaggerated sales figures and margins? Do you think FAMH included stock sales as revenue? Do you think Arif is a lying and dishonest CEO? If 97's financials show a loss, I think we all know what we should do. In the meantime, Arif must go. He has demonstrated he lacks integrity, honesty and sincerity. Does anyone know if FAMH has a board of directors?
