curtis,
I think I can speak for Steve and most everybody else on the thread that Steve and we are aware that tbr is going to be split into 12 companies. The posting lately has been concerned with when the adr's for the 12 companies would be approved by the SEC for trading on the NYSE. If you go back a few posts you will see a recent press release from the Brazilian government that they expected the adr's to start trading on the NYSE in september. This statement by Pisani is important to folks here because he seems to have info that they will be approved for trading significantly before the most recent time frame announced by Brazil, which should provide a boost to the price of the stock, or at least the value of the 12 new companies relative to tbr.
