Ted: Don't get your conspiracy theories out yet. There is a simpler explanation for this past couple of weeks trading activity. I have been a long time holder of Markatech, and I've recently decided to add to my position. Many of the recent trades have been my purchases directly without any prearranged crosses.

I believe that every investor in MKD understands that this is a highly speculative investment based upon past performance and lack of cash flow. My gamble here is based upon the fundamentals of the POTENTIAL of this company which are pretty good. It's the kind of investment which could make it really big or go bust. The point is that the moment of truth is rapidly approaching when MKD will have to either produce something or hide under a rock.

I'm trusting my instincts something will happen soon and so am trying to round out my position before the stock starts to move. MKD has begun to publicize the Company in investor newsletters. Only time will tell. I have been further encouraged by the fact that during the past few weeks trading on the VSE, Markatech has remained fairly stable within a close trading range.
