how is it that GE can not get a broker to fill out form 15c2-11

The Commission cautions broker dealers, shareholders, and prospective
purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information
along with all other currently available information and any information
subsequently issued by the company.

Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to
Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading
suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly
complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer
has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he
should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff of the
Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. If any broker or
dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he should
refrain from entering quotations relating to Golden Eagle's securities
until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain
that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters
any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will
consider the need for prompt enforcement action.

If any broker dealer or other person has any information which may relate
to this matter, contact Daniel F. Shea, Regional Director, Central Regional
Office, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, at (303) 844-1000.

has anybody try to call this Daniel Shea to see what is required.

What Golden Bird is This by Graystone

One thing that is always good to know is how much impact these threads can have. Threads develop lives and personalities all of their own, depending upon who is involved.
I know, Ron has not been around awhile, that he is history, finito, gone with Quido, out and out, by the way and all that other stuff that fully applies.
You however are not me, and I am not you, so I will always see things differently than you folks. Part of the appeal of writing on IS is how many people "get it".
So, without further ado I give you :

An Episode in What Golden Bird is This
A Presentation of the Cricket Thicket Theater Hour, we will be right back.....

a gray screen flickers only briefly before a scene resolves an a small child can be seen standing in a dark room. The camera slowly zooms in, the small child's face is covered by both hands, the shoulders can be seen shaking, slowly the soundtrack begins to fades in and we can clearly tell the child is .....

Without seeing Guido's report, and being able to ask him about his methods and results, what DD is possible with MINE?

The only people that have had that opportunity are working with the SEC, and their response seems to have been more sceptical than anything put forth by the Chief.

Hi eric. I doubt the you or the other " nay sayers " have done any real DD.

Since my arrival and recent departure, I have raised many questions about the "z dimension" of this deposit, also the "conic" discovery of the century. I have also "defended the possibilities" of the 6.4mm being real. You, like others on this thread, choose to remember the "questions" that don't support your childish approach to the "get rich quick, without working for it theory"!!

In pursuit of adding credibility to your theory that "you'll be rich one day", you attempt to question everyone elses DD as if yours has been perfected!! You never question the DD of others that have bought in on the basis of "what the hell its only $1000". It seems you agree with that investment philosophy so will likely "doom" yourself to penny-ante, get rich quick investments, for the remainder of your amateur investing life! If perhaps, GE is the big-one, than you can pride yourself in the knowledge that you took a leap and won!! I don't take leaps! I will be the first to congratulate you if correct! I will be the last to berate you for failure!

I can only presume that your DD which you claim is extensive, has convinced you that everything is on the "up and up", so you bought in! Just because others don't share your obviously "significant research abilities" and " world-class, capable determinations in investment", doesn't mean they are wrong. They either have different tolerance levels or interpret what they read differently!

The many questions the "naysayers" have raised seem not to bother you, thats fine!! My DD has shown me that there is no logical reason for me to invest in GE at this time. The stringent rules I use for investment don't even come close to investing in GE based on "known information"!!

Finally, in regards to your question - like ALL others on this thread, I don't share my DD with anyone that contributes nothing but regurgitated newsclippings!!

Have a nice weekend!

the Chief
