Everybody read this news release again, it is CMI and Their European Partners that are making the deal. Apparently this is not clear as to who the partners are or why have their name(s) been omitted. Maybe this is why the MM's are not taking this serious as a valid offer to buy out the shares. As stated in a few post back the conversation with the market makers. Maybe CMI does not have the financial ability to buy it themselves and is not considered as a sure thing or even possible. Lets, find out what is behind CMI.
