From what I hear an announcement seems to be imminent, but then who knows for sure? I'm concerned that if Rene goes ahead with the CC on Tuesday without the financing in hand, it could have a boomerang effect on the stock. The last CC produced a significant drop in the share price. I think he would be wise to hold off until the funding is "in the bank." At this point, promises have zero or worse a negative value. Any thoughts?
