O.T. I think we were all talked out on Dell and moved on to more mundane items. We love Austin, beautiful area (green, hills, lakes) even though it is the capital it has a small town feeling to it (except during the rush hours on some of the highways.) The people have been VERY friendly and there's a lot to do. Keep in mind, although I've traveled a fair amount..this is the first time we've lived anywhere but our hometown..Winona, MN (only 25,000 people.) As for "margins"...I have not ventured into that arena yet.. I'll leave that response to one of the resident pros. T.R.
