There were also a number of high profile cases of government employees being forced to resign for the same type of actions as Clinton, some of them included witness tampering and obstruction. It wouldn't be as big a deal if he hadn't piled on the purjury in both depositions, getting others to lie or cover up, and his attempts to intimidate the investigators.
