The presidecy for one thing is like no other occupation. I think we all can agree on that. The president works all kinds of hours. He sets his own hours when he can. He may work all night. Therefore he can be "off duty" and be in the Oval Office. There is no rule that says you must be "punched in" to be in the Oval. The comparison with the cop doesn't wash. There is ZERO evidence to be found anywhere that shows Clinton harrassing Monica. Not on the tapes not from her mouth, nada, nothing. No Quid Pro Quo as with the cop. And that woman could just say no thanks. Art
