tippet, Mahatir is in the papers today pointing at Hong Kong and saying "See! see what I mean???" Then he goes on to point out that he warned about currency traders in a speech in Hong Kong approximately a year ago. On currency trading I partially agree with Mahatir...I think it is appropriate to have some controls. But I am sure we differ in the how of it and I wish there were a more articulate spokesperson. I keep wondering when this is really going to show up in our banks. It is bound to isn't it? Best, Stitch
